''Chechen warlord accuses Elon Musk of ‘remotely disabling’ his Cybertruck''

Chechen pioneer Ramzan Kadyrov has blamed Tesla Chief Elon Musk for "somewhat crippling" his Cybertruck, which had been shipped off the cutting edge of Russia's conflict in Ukraine.
